Member results

Real people. Real numbers.

Strength is the most honest metric there is. Here is what a few months at Summit Peak looks like.

Deadlift: 60kg → 110kg
★★★★★
"I'd never touched a barbell. Eight months later I out-lift the version of me I thought was impossible. The coaching is the difference — nobody lets you drift."
Jordan Demaray
Member since 2024 · Summit Strength
Resting HR: 74 → 58 bpm
★★★★★
"Peak Conditioning rebuilt my engine after years behind a desk. The HR-zoned format means I actually understand what I'm doing and why."
Aisha Whitfield

Back to lifting post-baby

"Priya's reformer and mobility work got me moving again with zero pain. It feels less like a gym and more like a studio that actually knows me."

Everything the session doesn't cover

Recovery is half the work. Summit Peak is built so the hour after training is as good as the hour in it.

Infrared sauna

Two six-person infrared cabins, bookable straight after class to flush out the hard work.

Cold plunge & recovery

Contrast therapy, compression boots and a quiet recovery lounge — the full reset, on site.

InBody scans

Monthly body-composition analysis so progress is measured in muscle and not just the mirror.

Towel & amenity service

Fresh towels, premium toiletries and a fully stocked change room. Walk in, train, walk out polished.

Membership questions

Absolutely. Monthly and annual members can freeze for up to 8 weeks per year at no cost — handy for travel, injury or a busy stretch. Freeze and unfreeze yourself anytime from the member app; billing pauses the moment you do.
Yes. Every new member starts with a complimentary movement assessment and an Intro Week — three classes across any format for $39, fully credited toward your first membership if you join within 14 days.
Just training shoes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle — we provide everything else, including towels, chalk and grippy socks for reformer. Arrive 10 minutes early so your coach can walk you through the floor.
Drop-ins are valid for 30 days; the 10-Pack stays active for 6 months from purchase. Monthly and Founders Annual members enjoy unlimited classes, so there's nothing to count.
Especially for you. Small class caps mean your coach scales every movement to where you are today. Most of our members had never lifted before joining — that's exactly the point.

Your peak is closer than you think.

Book your complimentary assessment, or grab a membership now and train tomorrow morning.
