Yes — for everyone's safety we ask for proof of current Rabies and DHPP (dogs) or FVRCP (cats) vaccinations on your first visit. A quick photo of your vet record or a Bordetella note is perfect. We're happy to hold your spot while you track it down.
All of them! From a 2 kg Chihuahua to a 50 kg Bernese, plus cats. We're a true all-breed studio with size-based pricing, and our groomers are trained in breed-standard cuts as well as easy-care pet trims. Doubtful your floof fits? Send us a photo and we'll advise.
Life with pets is unpredictable — we get it. Please give us 24 hours' notice to reschedule free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are subject to a 50% booking fee. First-time slip-ups are always forgiven.
You're in the right place. Every groomer here is Fear-Free trained, we work one pet at a time, and we never force a stressed animal. Severely matted coats are handled humanely — comfort always comes before looks, even if that means a shorter cut. We'll talk you through every option first.
Most appointments run 60–120 minutes depending on size, coat, and service. Because we never cage-dry or rush, we'll text you the moment your pet is fluffed and ready for pickup — usually with a photo to make you smile.
