Yes. Monthly Unlimited members can freeze up to 3 months per year, and Annual members up to 4 — for travel, injury, or life. Freezes are free, activate instantly in your member app, and your billing simply pauses until you're back. No paperwork, no penalty.
Just trainers, water, and a willingness to sweat. We provide towels, lockers, mats and all equipment. For Trail Run Club, wear trail or road runners and dress for the weather — North Shore mornings bite. Showers, hairdryers and a cold plunge are on site for after.
Absolutely — most of our members started exactly there. Every class is scalable, coaches give you a personal version of each movement, and our Trail Run Club has a dedicated couch-to-trail pace group. Your first class is free so you can find your footing with zero pressure.
Day Passes are a single one-time visit. The 10-Class Pack gives you ten credits valid for six months, redeemable on any program and even transferable to a friend. Memberships bill on a cycle (monthly or annual) and unlock unlimited classes. Buy any of them online above — they land in your account instantly.
We're a 4-minute walk from Lonsdale Quay SeaBus and on the 230 and 232 bus routes. Members get two hours of free covered parking under the building, and there's a secure bike room with a wash station for those who ride or run in.
