FlowMetric is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR/CCPA compliant. You control PII collection at the SDK level, can hash or drop identifiers before they leave the device, and Enterprise plans support EU/CA data residency, HIPAA BAAs and full audit logging. We never sell data and never use your events to train anything.

Completely self-serve. Sign up, drop in the SDK, and you'll see live events within minutes — no demo gate, no credit card on the free plan. Sales is there if you want it (Enterprise, procurement, security review), but most teams are running funnels the same afternoon they sign up.

First-party SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native, iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Node, Python, Go and Ruby — plus a REST ingest API and webhooks for anything else. We also have no-code connectors for Segment, Stripe, and reverse-ETL into Snowflake and BigQuery.

Pricing is based on monthly tracked events, not seats — invite the whole company. If you exceed your plan we'll never silently drop data or stop your dashboards; we email you, keep ingesting, and you can upgrade or set a soft cap. Annual billing saves 20%, and unused events don't roll over.

No. The web SDK is under 9KB gzipped, loads async, and batches events so it never blocks rendering. Ingestion runs on edge endpoints worldwide, so the round-trip is measured in milliseconds no matter where your users are.
